GTK# Project Failed to Run

GTK# 2.12:
- Project failed to run in debug mode with System.DllNotFoundException with message libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll not found.
- Compiled application crashed, not loaded properly.

Found that it was due to PATH Settings in Environmental Variables... where it seems like GTK# unable to find its dependency when I have the path "C:\Program Files(x86)\GtkSharp\2.12\bin" appended at the end of my machine's PATH variable which is 843 bytes long.

The problems goes away when I moved the GtkSharp bin folder to the front of the entire PATH variable, where:
PATH = C:\Program Files(x86)\GtkSharp\2.12\bin;<Some other pahts>...

Is there a limitation of path length supported by GTK# library?
