When I viewing datetime type in Mono for Android project, it shows not readable value.

Please don't look at date kind property hightlights. It was noted for other issue.
Do you have a non-english locale? If so, this was likely fixed by Zoltan a month or so ago.
I can't remember if it required a runtim fix or not, but you could try using MonoDevelop 184.108.40.206 Beta and seeing if that fixes it for you.
I use Russian dates format.
I tried 220.127.116.11 with no luck.

Is this still an issue with the latest version?
I couldn't confirm that. Since 08/13 I moved to native mobile tools because of:
1. Overall quality of MonoTouch and XS since iOS 7 related release;
2. New licensing policy.
Good luck. Close the issue.
