Test case

[iOS] PageRenderer implementation causes UIResponder.TouchesCancelled to be called instead of UIResponder.TouchesEnded for short taps

## Regression status: not a recent regression

BAD: Xamarin.Forms 2.0.0.6490
BAD: Xamarin.Forms 1.3.5.6335

## Steps to replicate

1. Run the "FormsApp1.iOS" project from the attached test case in the "Debug" configuration on iOS simulator or device.

2. Monitor the console output from the app.

3. Tap the view controller briefly (under 2 seconds).

(Interestingly, longer taps demonstrate the correct expected behavior.)

## Results

The application output shows:

> ### Touches began
> ### Touches cancelled

## Expected results

If you repeat steps 1-3 using the native "UnifiedSingleViewIphone1" project, the application output shows:

> ### Touches began
> ### Touches ended

## Additional version information (brief)

- iPhone 5s iOS 9.1 simulator

- iPad Mini 2, iOS 8.0
