The attached .a looks incorrect. It's only 9KB for both x86_64 and arm64

$ lipo -info ~/Downloads/Archiv/WebImageTVOS/liblibSDWebImageTV.a
Architectures in the fat file: /Users/poupou/Downloads/Archiv/WebImageTVOS/liblibSDWebImageTV.a are: x86_64 arm64

and is mostly empty and without references to object files or architectures.

$ nm ~/Downloads/Archiv/WebImageTVOS/liblibSDWebImageTV.a

/Users/poupou/Downloads/Archiv/WebImageTVOS/liblibSDWebImageTV.a(libSDWebImageTV.o):
                 U _OBJC_CLASS_$_NSObject
00000000000005c8 S _OBJC_CLASS_$_libSDWebImageTV
                 U _OBJC_METACLASS_$_NSObject
00000000000005a0 S _OBJC_METACLASS_$_libSDWebImageTV
                 U __objc_empty_cache
0000000000000558 s l_OBJC_CLASS_RO_$_libSDWebImageTV
0000000000000510 s l_OBJC_METACLASS_RO_$_libSDWebImageTV

That looks like it was mis-compiled. Please confirm that the native library is fine first (i.e. work with an ObjC project) and re-open the bug (with project attached) if it does.
