Please check your $(TargetFrameworkVersion) (in Project Options). I believe that it's set to v2.3 (API-10), which is why it's looking for the `android-10` directory.

Do you want to target Android API-10?

If you do, then please launch the Android SDK Manager and install Android 2.3 (API 10) > SDK Platform.

If not, then please choose an API level that you wish to target, and (if necessary) install the corresponding SDK platform within the Android SDK Manager.
