As can be seen in https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=36931#c6 , when 2 devices are connected to the computer, mtouch tries to start the app on the wrong device (see https://gist.github.com/GouriKumari/48403b944c7c67ed068d#file-gistfile1-txt-L14).

This is fixed in master now.
