The process of setting up an Android device for development has changed from that demonstrated in the page http://docs.xamarin.com/android/tutorials/set_up_device_for_development
1. The Android SDK Manager has changed a lot. The window layout has been updated and the USB driver is now located in the Extras category.
2. The path the USB driver is installed to in the SDK has changed to android-sdk-windows\extras\google\usb_driver.
3. If the user let the Mono for Android installer install the Android SDK, the Android SDK will be found in %APPDATA%\Local\Xamarin\MonoForAndroid\AndroidSDK, not C:\. Note that there is also a %APPDATA%\Local\Xamarin\Mono for Android (note the spaces) containing debug.keystore that could confuse people.
