Sample project

## Steps to reproduce

1. Download attached project
2. Build and run for "Release" on a physical iPhone 6 or 6s (verified by myself on a 6s Plus)

## Expected result

Collection view should be visible.

## Actual result

Collection view is not visible.

## Notes

This works fine if you build and run in debug configuration on an iPhone 6 or 6s and it works regardless of the configuration in the simulator.

The problem occurs when building for 64-bit architectures, it works fine on 32-bit architectures.

This is the problem:

    [Export("initWithFrame:")]
    public VMenuItem (RectangleF frame): base(frame)

RectangleF contains 32-bit floats, while the initWithFrame: method takes 64-bit floats on 64-bit architectures.

The fix is simple, use CGRect instead:

    [Export("initWithFrame:")]
    public VMenuItem (CoreGraphics.CGRect frame): base(frame)
