Repro project

In the attached project, start in portrait orientation and use the button in the toolbar to navigate to the second page (with a red background). Then change the orientation to landscape. The red portion of the page resizes to about half of the screen.

This may be related to https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=36473 - it's the same repro project, and the resize effect is slightly less wrong without the missing toolbar gap.
