One of the projects that I try to open
Just downloaded and installed the last preview of Xamarin Studio 6.0 (roslyn) for Windows.
Whenever I try to load any project, I'm getting this error:
Load operation failed
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Build.Utilities.v12.0, Version=220.127.116.11, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
I'm using Windows8.1 with regular .NET installation. Visual Studio 2012 opens the same projects fine.
I'm attaching one of the projects, as a sample.
The version is "build 1752".
This bug is not present in 5.10 (stable) so I'm marking this as a regression.
Try installing the Microsoft Build Tools 2015
That workaround works, thanks.
Build Tools 2015 is now a prerequisite of the installer.

FYI I've opened a new bug related to this: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=39536
As per Comment 5 and 6 Build Tools 2015 is now a prerequisite of the installer. Also as per bug 39536 Build Tools 2013 and Build Tools 2015 both required. So I am closing this issue.
