When creating and running a new iOS Unit Test App from Visual Studio, there is no Unit Test UI displayed. This is due to the fact that there is no code in the AppDelegate.cs file to initialize the UI for a Unit Test app. The FinishedLaunching method contains only:
and none of the code to initialize the UI as is the case with the Template in Xamarin Studio.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Open Visual Studio and create a new iOS Unit Test App project.
2. Launch the project to an iOS device or simulator.
Expected result: A UI will be displayed.
Actual result: No UI is displayed.
Add the required code to the AppDelegate.cs class. Example here: https://gist.github.com/jgold6/1d40ab4a7458cb6cfb9d
