Overview:
In iOS (with Xamarin Studio), the CPU time is always getting displayed as zero for the method (Time Profiler -> Call Tree)
Versions:
Xamarin Studio 5.9.1 (build 3)
Xamarin Profiler 0.24.0.0
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure the device is connected with the Mac and Xamarin studio detected the device.
2. Launch the Xamarin profiler from Xamarin studio.
3. Run the Xamarin profiler and get the result for any scenario.
4. Check the result in Time Profiler -> Call Tree.
Actual Result: 
CPU Time is always getting displayed as zero for the method (Time Profiler -> Call Tree).
Expected Result:
Xamarin Time Profiler should get the CPU time for the method (Time Profiler -> Call Tree).

So, mprof-report shows 0ms also:

The MLPD is version 8, which is somewhat "old", so what version of xamarin.ios are you using? I think just updating to the latest available in the public channels, you should get this fixed, so can you try?
