Screenshot of hang

Trying to add components to a project but the components do not complete even after waiting for 30 min.

Xamarin Studio 5.9.7

Found others on Xamarin Forums mentioning the issue as well. They "resolved" it by quitting and restarting Xamarin Studio repeatedly.

AndHUD 1.3.1 is the culprit.

GCMClient was also not installing but finally did after around the 5th restart.

Can you attach the IDE and Component logs? (Help - Open Log Directory)

Comment 3 Matt Ward 2015-10-23 13:41:42 UTC
The logs show the error "Already Downloaded, can't transition to Failed" which is the underlying problem reported in bug #24683.

This should be fixed in Xamarin Studio 5.10.
