RESOLVED FIXED

Description James Montemagno [MSFT] 2015-10-22 15:46:37 UTC
# Steps to reproduce
1.) Open Visual Studio
2.) Click on the Icon for Opening Android SDK Manager
3.) Permission prompt opens
4.) Hit Okay
5.) cmd.exe opens and also Android SDK Manager opens
6.) close the command prompt
7.) SDK Manager also closes... even if downloading stuff

# Expected behavior
SDK Manager or other Android tools that require Permissions shouldn't' be tied to the cmd.exe running

# Actual behavior
If you close the command prompt everything else closes
