RESOLVED FIXED

Description Matthew Brady 2015-10-20 21:17:30 UTC
In the latest release of Xamarin.Forms v1.5.1.6471 there appears to be an issue that causes the ScrollView content offset animation speed to lag on IOS.

The issue can be replicated with the following steps:
1. Create a tableview within a scrollview.
2. Add a viewcell with an editor control (and some additional cells so it's off screen).
3. Tap the editor control and confirm the offset animation lags.
4. Downgrade Xamarin.Forms to v1.5.0.6446 in the IOS project.
5. Tap the editor control again and confirm the animation speed is normal.

As a workaround overriding the SetContentOffSet method in a native render and disabling the animation resolves the issue.
