### Description

The following sample app works on Mono 4 but does not work on Mono 4.2. The error is as stated below:

I have checked this issue with the sample and steps, but I am unable to reproduce the behavior given in the bug description. When I click on "Send message" button then there is no any error occur. I have checked this issue with mono 4.2.1.60 and 4.2.1.86.
