Changing the values using the slider in Battery Settings does not affect the battery level in the Nexus 4 API 22 emulator.

Reproduction:

1. Make a Nexus 4 Android 5.1 emulator and start it
2. Open the Settings tab and go to Battery Settings
3. Slide the level slider. The battery level won't be affected.

Logs have been attached. XAP version being used is 0.6.2.
