The attached binding project generates some invalid source code when built with Visual Studio 2015.
The invalid source has some attributes DesignatedInitializer which are not found, and some using statements that are invalid.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Open the project in VS 2015 on Windows
2. Build it
The generated file has a "using ModelIO;" line that does not resolve. Also, the attribute "[DesignatedInitializer]" is added to one of the methods that cannot be found.
No build issues.
