Test Case

**Overview:**

The attached binding project generates some invalid source code when built with Visual Studio 2015.
The invalid source has some attributes DesignatedInitializer which are not found, and some using statements that are invalid.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Open the project in VS 2015 on Windows
   2. Build it

**Actual Results:**

The generated file has a "using ModelIO;" line that does not resolve. Also, the attribute "[DesignatedInitializer]" is added to one of the methods that cannot be found.

**Expected Results:**

   No build issues.

**Build Date & Platform:**

VS 2015

Xamarin 4.0.0.1372 (9050b35)
Visual Studio extension to enable development for Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android.

Xamarin.Android 5.1.99.678 (d9cd0f1)
Visual Studio plugin to enable development for Xamarin.Android.

Xamarin.iOS 8.13.0.143 (c48e34e)

**Additional Information:**

The project builds fine in XS on Mac.
