Today I have checked this issue with Xamarin.VisualStudio_4.0.0.1505_9ac5fb836b43036a674d91a139796e38c3ad5139.msi +  monotouch-9.2.0.65_e70041e8afe1acea36a59bb4015cf6f901ad5ffc and observed that this issue is working fine now, i.e. application deploy and launch successfully on device/simulator.


Hence closing this issue.
