Can you get your complete version information from Xamarin Studio's About box (click on the Details button)?

Can you do following:

1) Add this the additional mtouch arguments in the project's iOS Build options: "-v -v -v -v --nofastsim" (without the quotes)
2) Clean & rebuild the project
3) Attempt to launch it

and then attach the following information (both!):

a) Any output in the Application Output pad in Xamarin Studio
b) The simulator log (in the simulator's menu, you can find it in Debug -> Open System Log).
