Test Case

**Overview:**

A NullReferenceException is thrown when calling PopAsync in the OnStart method of an Application subclass.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Run the attached sample on iOS.

**Actual Results:**

An exception is thrown in the NavigationRenderer OnPopViewAsync method.

**Expected Results:**

   No exceptions.

**Build Date & Platform:**

   XF 1.4.4

**Additional Information:**

Adding a small delay (await Task.Delay(1000)) before the PopAsync seems to stop the exceptions, so maybe it's some race condition. OnStart might be too soon to be calling PopAsync.

Re-ran with latest bits. No exception.
