RESOLVED FIXED

Description Xu Cheng 2015-08-17 09:40:03 UTC
To reproduce it, build below program:

```cs
using System;
public class Test
{
    public static void Main()
    {
        System.Console.WriteLine(Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.Personal));
    }
}
```

We get below result:
```
$ mcs test.cs
$ HOME=/tmp/ mono ./test.exe
/Users/username
```

This is an incorrect behavior in UNIX world as `HOME` variable should be allowed to overwrite to arbitrary place.

Seems to be fixed in Mono 4.2.0
