Looks like the PR was accepted and merged by Zoltan.

Although Zoltan merged it, it doesn't fix the problem unfortunately.

I need a proper way to test it.

I have checked this issue with Master builds XS 5.10 (build 539) + XM 2.3.0.89 + Mono 4.3.0.825 and observed that  this issue does't exist with this build. I observed that Classic  API  Cocoa App/Document App launched successfully without any crash.
