Source of CustomViewCellRenderer

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a TabbedMenuPage with some pages
2) In the first page create a ListView
3) Create a custom ViewCell, see the attachment for an example
4) Deploy the App on a device, for me is a LGE Nexus 5
5) Click on an element of listview
7) OnCellPropertyChanged for PropertyName IsSelected is fired (the cell is now selected)
8) Click on other element of listview
9) OnCellPropertyChanged for PropertyName IsSelected is fired (the old cell is now unselected)
10) OnCellPropertyChanged for PropertyName IsSelected is fired (the new cell is now selected)
11) Navigate on other page of TabbedMenuPage
12) Navigate first page with Listview
13) The Cell is now unselected but no events was fired
14) Click on other Cell of ListView
15) The cell is now selected, but NO EVENTS ARE FIRED, OnCellPropertyChanged NOT CALLED, THIS IS A BUG
16) Click on other cell of ListView
17) The previous cell is now unselected, and the new is now selected, but NO EVENTS OF CUSTOM RENDERER WERE FIRED,OnCellPropertyChanged WAS NOT CALLED, THIS IS A BUG
18)loop previuous steps, the bug persist until the app will be closed.

repro project

I can no longer reproduce this issue when using Forms 2.3.3.180.

### Forms 1.4.4.6387
OnCellPropertyChanged() would no longer fire after switching to another tab and then witching back.

### Forms 2.3.3.180
The event is fired properly even after switching tabs
