I have checked this and unable to reproduce above behavior.Could you please provide sample project, ide logs,Build Output,Application output and environment Info.
You get these information from:

Environment Info >> Xamarin Studio > About Xamarin Studio
Ide Logs >> Help > Open Log Directory
Application Output >> View > Pads > Application Output
