In the Apple NSTimeZone documentation, there is a public constructor [NSTimeZone timeZoneForSecondsFromGMT]. This appears to be missing from the MonoTouch implementation.
Currently, I can't see how I would create a NSTimeZone based on an offset in seconds.

Is this because it was missed or is there another way this can be accessed?
