Comment 2 xamarin-release-manager 2015-06-22 11:58:22 UTC
Fixed in version (master)
Comment 3 David Karlaš 2015-06-22 12:02:12 UTC
This was fixed by displaying "N/A" instead of empty space in description box. "Version Code" is Android specific thing and iOS only has "Version" so now we display "N/A" instead under Version Code.

For more details about Android "Version Name" and "Version Code": http://developer.android.com/tools/publishing/versioning.html
Comment 4 Boris Spinner 2015-06-23 02:45:30 UTC
Well, why don't you display CFBundleVersion instead? It's often used as a build number, just like android's version code...
Comment 6 Paul Read 2015-08-06 10:22:45 UTC
Showing N/A is not a fix, I would like to see the build info in the Code column
Comment 7 Mohib Sheth 2015-10-16 06:12:01 UTC
I agree with Boris, we use it a build number as well and it would be great to see that in the Archives otherwise we just see a bunch of builds with same Version.
Comment 8 Jeffrey Stedfast 2015-11-05 17:18:23 UTC
This seems to be implemented
Comment 9 Mohib Sheth 2015-11-14 07:48:01 UTC
When will it be available?
Comment 10 Boris Spinner 2015-11-17 12:34:13 UTC
Works for me in Xamarin Studio v5.10 (currently beta)
Comment 11 Mohib Sheth 2015-11-17 13:03:46 UTC
Ok, I am on stable so will have to wait for it. Lets hope it comes soon.
Comment 12 narayanp 2016-09-16 15:15:21 UTC
I have checked this issue with XamarinStudio and Xamarin.iOS and observe that now the Version Code is displayed after building and archiving an iOS app as shown in the screencast.

Hence, I am closing this issue.

Comment 13 Mohib Sheth 2016-09-22 17:56:23 UTC
@narayanp Where did you get XS 6.2?

I am on XS 6.1 (Stable) and this issue still remains. I tried Beta & Alpha but there seems to be no updates in those channels.
Comment 14 Sachin Saini 2016-09-27 13:15:50 UTC
@Mohib Sheth You will get the fixed build very soon.
