Google Photos released a new update on June 4th. Unfortunately this caused an error in Xamarin when handling photos from the Google Photos app (file read error). This is confirmed on several devices. Everything works before updating Google Photos to the latest version. I guess Xamarin needs to update the SDK for Google Photos.
Moving to Android.
I don't quite understand what "SDK for Google Photos" means - I guess it is most likely Xamarin components of something?
Can you please provide more info? A sample showing the problem is best. A description of your workflow could also be helpful.
We are not sure Google Photos is and how it relates to Xamarin.
