I have checked this issue with the help of instruction and attached test sample provided in bug description. I observed that I am able to build and launch the application, an it shows a progress bar.

Steps I followed:

1. Download sample app and open In XS.
2. Build the application, it build successfully.
3. Run in Debug, observed that it launch successfully and shows a progress bar.

Screencast: http://www.screencast.com/t/UqxwpopE

Please let me know that what steps I am missing to reproduce this issue ? That would be very helpful to reproduce this issue at our end.

Thanks..!

Systems.Windows.Forms is not a supported option with Xamarin.Mac Unified.

Feel free to open a bug with Mono / Class Libraries with a sample that does not use XM.
