RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 2844

Description Jackson Harper 2012-01-26 15:40:55 UTC
Right now I am developing iphone and ipad versions of my app on different branches. The iPad version has a Default-Landscape.png image in the project, but the iphone version does not.

If I build the iPad version, switch branches, and rebuild the iPhone version the Default-Landscape.png image will be included in the iPhone app.

This can cause problems because running the iPhone app on the iPad will use that splash image, even though the app only runs in portrait mode.

(I talked to Alan about this before, so it might be fixed already, but does not appear to be fixed in 2.8.6.3)

Also, this happens on device, I have not tested on the simulator.
