Using FileImageSource is very convenient for most cases, but impossibly inconvenient if the image in question isn't in a file already. It seems unnecessary to add the extra requirement that all ToolbarItems must have assets on disk.

Now that we have https://github.com/paulpatarinski/Xamarin.Forms.Plugins/tree/master/SVG available, it would be extra-super-nice to be able to use it as a source for Toolbar Icons.

I think it's much more powerful to use the base class ImageSource everywhere like WPF does.
