variable declared in xaml not recognized in
Hi, please find attached a little project I created that shows how my variable is not recognized in the code behind file of a form. I am implementing a custom renderer in Android for a custom control in my PCL.
Xaml is case sensitive. See e.g. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc189036(VS.95).aspx#xaml_and_xml

so instead of
<local:MyCUstomControl x:name="myCustomControl" />
you should write
<local:MyCustomControl x:Name="myCustomControl" />
Apologies, but my bug is still valid- I changed the case of the character and this still applies!
