Description Peter Collins 2015-05-28 16:00:16 UTC
After updating my Sdk tools to 24.3, the android designer no longer works. This affects first run installation as we grab the latest tools versions and install them if no SDK is present.

I have been able to reproduce this problem on both Xamarin Studio on Mac and Visual Studio on Windows. I have now also announced the problem in the forums:

I am in the process of updating that announcement with more precise steps to downgrade.

I'm able to confirm that the fix is working as intended in XS on both Win and Mac, as well as VS 2013.
