Test case

When navigating from Detail's page using INavigation interface(non-modal method PushAsync(..)) Master page still visible on WP and also Application toolbar is visible.
In Android and WinRT versions it does disappear.

    public class App : Application
    {
        public App()
        {
            var masterDetailPage = new MasterDetailPage
                                       {
                                           Master = new ContentPage() { Title = "Master", Content = new Label() { Text = "Master" } },
                                            Detail = new Page() { Title = "Detail" }
                                       };

            var navPage = new NavigationPage(masterDetailPage);

            masterDetailPage.Detail = new ContentPage()
            {
                Title = "Detail",
                Content = new Button()
                {
                    Text = "navigate",
                    HorizontalOptions = LayoutOptions.Center,
                    VerticalOptions = LayoutOptions.Center,
                    Command = new Command(() => navPage.PushAsync(new Page()))
                }
            };

            this.MainPage = navPage;
        }
    }
