### Description

When reading the results of System.DateTime.UTCNow the value is equal to my local timezone (PDT) instead of GMT. This does not occur on a device

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Test App
2. Deploy to Xamarin Android Player

### Expected Results

App should correctly display both UTC and Local times

### Actual Results

Local time is displayed for both calls

Workaround:

Use
DateTime.Now.ToUniversalTime()

Never mind, the above does not work. I must have made an error when testing this workaround initially.

This is fixed by work done on 32914.

Tested in version 0.6.1. Tested using provided sample app / project and the displayed times are different. Once is local, the other is UTC.

Please re-test in this version or newer.
