What an IPA for a Watch-enabled app should look like at the root

IPAs generated by XVS 3.11 is missing the WatchKitSupport/WK file in the root of the IPA that's required by App Store submission to run on Watch devices.

Environment Info:
XVS 3.11.555
XI 8.10.1.45
VS Ultimate 2013

See attachments for comparing two IPAs.

According to Saurabh this is a non-repro? Or did I understand incorrectly? Marking as fixed for clarification, please reopen if this is still an issue.
