I have checked this issue again with more exploratory cases with C5SR1 latest XS 5.9(build 2) + XM 220.127.116.11 and here are my observation:
App gets crashed on expanding following variable.
5. Expand w->base->BackgroundColor
*** Bug 30127 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
BackgroundColor crash fixed on master / 8c50bc53cbdc0807560bcd6a58da34727f2e8b8c.
Others no longer crashing for me (Chris said in slack he'd fixed most already)
I believe this is still happening when you subclass a NSView, and when debugging the base portion when debugging.
Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[MyCustomView wantsPeriodicDraggingUpdates]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x61000012b860'
terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException
Adding this to my subclassed view fixes it.
public override bool WantsPeriodicDraggingUpdates

Added an example. Breakpoint on line 31 in MainWindow.cs. Look at the properties of muView, and then try expand the base portion of this. Uncomment out code in MyCustomView.cs to prevent this from happening.
I have checked this issue with the cycle 6 builds XS 5.10 (build 811) + X.M 18.104.22.168 + Mono 22.214.171.124 and observed that this issue has been fixed and no longer exist with this build. I observed that application does't crash/hanged debugging stop on watching and expanding variables in watch window.
This issue has been fixed , so as of now I am closing this issue. If anyone face this issue feel free to reopen it.
