### Description

Using the RoundedTransparentWindow sample from the mac-samples GitHub, the view will flicker

### Steps to Reproduce 

1. Download test case
2. Open in Xamarin Studio
3. Build and Run

### Expected Results

The application should have a smooth transition of transparency when moving the slider

### Actual Results

The application flickers as it is running and transparency changes

I have checked this issue with Test Case and steps given in bug description and able to reproduce it successfully. I have also observed that the application flickers when It is running.

Additional Information: I am able to reproduce this issue only OS X 10.10.3 however it is working fine on OS X 10.19.5 and 10.10.

I was able to fix this by updating the code to stop calling 		

		View.NeedsDisplay = true;

in every single draw call. By only calling that when the slider changes value, it is rock solid for me.
