OpenGLView.OnDisplay is never called with Xamarin.Forms 1.4.2.6355 (Android)

Everything worked fine with previous release:
 <package id="Xamarin.Forms" version="1.4.1.6349" targetFramework="MonoAndroid50" />

Hello, I posted today on Xamarin Forums the exact same problem. I confirm it worked fine with previous versions and does not work on 1.4.2 and 1.4.3-pre

We have had the same issue on 1.4.2 on a Nexus 9.

For Note we have also had a similar issue on a Galaxy Tab 4 KitKat where we only get partial rendering and dont get horizontal lines.

It renders fine on Jelly bean and iOS no problem.

Test Case

## Overview

There seems to be a regression with OpenGLView in Android in Xamarin.Forms between 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 which results in the OpenGLView displaying a black box instead of the proper contents. I've worked with a handful of customers experiencing this issue and have been able to reproduce personally on 1.4.2 and 1.4.3-pre2 using the following steps.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Download attached sample app
2. Restore a version of Xamarin.Forms <= 1.4.1
3. Run on Android device or simulator
4. Repeat steps 2. and 3. using the most recent version of Forms
5. Run on iOS for comparison

## Expected results

OpenGLView displays flashing colours in all systems and versions of Forms

## Actual results

OpenGLView works on iOS, but not on Android when using a X.Forms package newer than 1.4.1.

## Additional information

This was tested on a Nexus 5 (Android 4.4.2) and Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.2) simulator as well as on a physical Samsung Galaxy S5 running Android 5.0
