Setting Stacklayout's IsVisible from false to true doesn't always make it visible.
This is a new issue introduced after 1.3.3.
See here: http://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/35461/isvisible-inside-control-inside-stacklayout-inside-scrollview-not-work#latest
We observe the same behavior using Xamarin.Forms 22.214.171.12449. It's reproduceable in about 20% of the cases. Additionally, we observe the behavior with `Image`s as well.
As a note, we change the `IsVisible` property with a `Binding` on all controls.
I am no longer able to reproduce this in the latest pre-release. Can you confirm if you can?
Thank you for your bug report. As we have not received the information requested, we cannot properly triage your bug and are marking it resolved.
