Indeed, 180 degree rotation is not the same as 0 degree.

Hello Everyone,

Below is a link to workaround for this bug.

Note: I am using the latest Alpha Channel as of 8/17/2015
- Xamarin.iOS (8.10.4.46)
- Xamarin.Forms (1.4.4.6392 (1.3.3 also works))
- Xcode 6.4 (7720)

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = iOS Unified API Required = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
[** Required: To use the workaround, you must upgrade your app to a iOS Unified App **]
Here is a link to guide you through the process of switching over to the latest Forms version (Forms 1.3 and newer)
http://developer.xamarin.com/guides/cross-platform/macios/updating-xamarin-forms-apps/

Because Xamarin.Forms 1.3.1 is the first release that supports the Unified API, the entire solution should be updated to use the latest version at the same time as migrating the iOS app to Unified. This means that in addition to updating the iOS project for Unified support, you'll also need to edit code in all the projects in the solution.

If you are already running an iOS Unified API app, then you could skip the first section of the guide. (or click here - http://developer.xamarin.com/guides/cross-platform/macios/updating-xamarin-forms-apps/#2._Xamarin.Forms_1.3.1_Update)

Here is a sample iOS Forms App, demonstrating how to setup the AppDelegate.cs file to accept Upside Down orientation (with Keyboard support)
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/62849286/iOSFormsRotate/iOSFormsRotate.zip

When modifying your project, make sure to select *ALL* 4 Screen Orientations inside Info.plist - Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/BWWXTnNA1dg9

Should be fixed in 1.5.1-pre1.
Comment 6 Parmendra Kumar 2015-10-12 07:50:38 UTC
I have checked this issue with Xamarin.Forms 1.5.1-pre1 and its working fine.

Hence closing this issue.
