Test Project

Run the attached project and open the MasterDetail Menu.  (Colors were added to help identify the issue).  Item four had padding applied after an await.  The padding has been applied, but the parent layout was not re-sized to accommodate the now larger label.  It should be the same size as item three.

I have check this issue with the sample app attached in bug description and able to reproduce it. I observed that when I open Master Detail Menu the alignment of item 4 has been changed as shown in screencast.
