Test for bad CS0170

Certain constructs in my code are causing the compiler to generate CS0170 errors. but not all the time. This using 2.10.8, it appears the earliest working version is 2.10.5. I have attached a sample project to demonstrate this behavior, compiled under .Net the error is not generated.

This is master regression only, 2.10.x versions work as expected.
