As the error states, iOS is not supported in VS/Windows. Updating the spec document to reflect this.

Resolving Invalid. The document clearly states (and did state before this bug):

Running on iOS doesn't work at the moment (that is reserved for V2 in Cycle 6). To test, comment the Platform.iOS attribute in the Test.cs. This will work on XTC, though, so it's ok to have it in the template.
