RESOLVED FIXED

Description Cody Beyer (MSFT) 2015-03-12 18:44:49 UTC
### Description

Each time you build the _CompileToNative target will run because it claims the .exe does not exist, causing mtouch to run every time. The exe and other managed resources have been moved into the .monotouch-xx folders.

### Test App

https://www.dropbox.com/s/8lng7x8stjfpgg3/TestApp.zip?dl=0

### Build Log

https://gist.github.com/CodyBeyer/f76afc79cbc9995ca910

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Download linked test app
2. Build test app

### Expected Results

Compile to native should not run as the TestApp.exe output does exist

### Actual Results

It runs every time

### Temp Solution

Add the following as a post build custom command

cp ${TargetPath} ${AppDirectory}
