Description Matthias Robbers 2015-03-03 10:34:57 UTC
Because I am unable to use the AppCompat library with Xamarin.Forms, I tried to change the image of the up button (the "back" button, top left). The following works in Android 4.1, 4.2 and 5.0, but has no effect on Android 4.3 and 4.4:

<style name="Theme.X" parent="@android:Theme.Holo.Light">
    <item name="android:homeAsUpIndicator">@drawable/ic_up</item>
</style>

In a native Android project (not Xamarin), it works, so it is not an Android platform issue.
