Sample solution with bug

When using TableView, if its TableSections is modified the change is not visible:
1. Create a TableView
2. Add Two Cells
3. For each cell add context actions, with delete command - command deletes row at cell index
4. Run the app
5. Tap second cell - nothing changes in UI
6. Tap second cell again - crash, since this cell does not exist in underlying model.

The sample solution shows this behavior.
