At the very end of the MonoTouch install, we open the release notes in the browser using the `open` command. If for some reason the URL cannot be opened, installation is reported as failed. Instead, we should probably just eat the error and report installation as successful because MonoTouch is completely installed by this point.

On my Snow Leopard box, I can reproduce simply by moving Safari.app into the trash before installing MonoTouch.
