Repro Project

=== Overview ===

Having a page with the following structure:

<ScrollView>
 <StackLayout>
  <TableView/>
  <TableView/>
 </StackLayout>
</ScrollView>

results in both the TableViews being scrollable. In the attached project, the TableViews are stacked correctly, but when trying to scroll the page either TableView can intercept the gesture and scroll itself instead. Only by starting the scroll gesture on top of the labels in between the tables does the page scroll correctly.

This was tested using Forms 1.3.4 and 1.3.5-pre1.

=== Steps to Reproduce ===

1. Run the attached repro project
2. Begin a scrolling gesture on top of either TableView

=== Actual Result ===

The TableView will scroll itself instead of the page.

=== Expected Result ===

The TableViews should remain static and scroll together with the page. In the attached project, if the scroll gesture begins on top of a Label object in between the tables it produces the expected result.

I have checked this issue with the help of steps mentioned in bug description I am able to reproduce this issue at our end.

When I scroll 'TableView' it scrolled itself and if scroll 'label' it scrolled whole page.

This is the designed behavior of how touch interactions work. The lower down item in the stack gets first priority. Since WP supports overscroll, the tableview will accept the event. You can use a custom renderer to disable this.

We do not intend to change the default behavior.
