### Description

Scrolling a view stops the animations that are occurring within that view

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open test case
2. Deploy to iOS simulator
3. Watch the counter fade in and out
4. Tap and hold the screen to scroll

### Expected Results

The fade animation continues to run as the screen is held

I tried this issue with the help of sample attached in bug description but not able to reproduce it.
I observed that when I tap and hold the Screen to scroll, fade animation continuous to run. I have check this issue on Simulator and device both. Screencast : http://www.screencast.com/t/YY7RTZjMB

Please let us know what additional steps we need to follow to reproduce this issue.

this has the same underlying issue as the bug below -  you need to apply the same fix to FadeTo, MoveTo and all of timer animations.

I have tested this on both device and simulator, and animations fail to function when the screen is held

this is the same underlying bug as https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=25809

it just needs to be applied to various other animations

I have checked this issue and I am not able to access  as it is showing 404 error for attached sample and video that is provided in bug description.

Could you please provide us sample, So that I can able t reproduce at our end.

I have checked this issue with attached sample in comment #6 and its working fine with X.F 1.4.4-pre.
